What is identity exploration therapy?

Identity exploration therapy is affirming psychotherapy that helps individuals explore and understand aspects of their identity — including gender identity, sexual orientation, racial identity, and cultural background — in a safe, non-judgmental space. It is particularly helpful for LGBTQ+ individuals, transgender and nonbinary people, and BIPOC clients navigating questions of belonging, authenticity, and self-understanding.

Brianna is a queer-identifying clinician and André specializes in gender, sexual, and racial identity exploration. In-person sessions are available in Ravenswood, Chicago, and telehealth is available statewide in Illinois.
