At Resilient Creatures Counseling, we understand that access to quality mental healthcare is limited. That’s why we’ve taken the steps to be in network with as many insurance networks as possible. We are currently in network BCBS PPO, BCBS HMO Group 447, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Oscar. We also offer an optional sliding scale out of pocket rate for uninsured clients.

Yes, we offer virtual sessions to clients currently located in Illinois in addition to in-person sessions out of our office in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago.

Yes, Brianna Boyd is trained in EMDR. Both André and Brianna have extensive experience providing therapy to survivors of trauma and practice trauma-informed care.

At Resilient Creatures counseling we offer individual therapy and family therapy for children and adults. Resilient Creatures also offers clinical supervision to LPC’s and LSW’s.

The entire staff at Resilient Creatures Counseling provide queer and gender affirming mental health care. If our availability doesn’t align, we would be happy to refer you to another LGBT affirming therapist in our referral network.

Brianna Boyd is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and André Pai is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Both are clinically licensed to provide individual psychotherapy under their own licenses.
